1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Requests dated later than 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility
Refunds are available if the product is defective, not as described, or you cannot access the purchased product due to a technical issue we are unable to resolve.
If you downloaded the product and then request a refund because of a change of mind, we will evaluate the request. Repeated refund requests or abuse of the refund process may lead to refusal of future refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund

Your full name
Order number (from Paddle receipt)
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request
We may request additional information to verify the order.
4. Processing Refunds
Refunds are processed via Paddle. Once approved, refund processing time depends on Paddle and your payment provider. (If you paid by card, funds may take several business days to appear on your statement.)
5. Partial Refunds & Denials
We reserve the right to offer partial refunds or deny refunds if we reasonably believe there is abuse of the refund policy or the product was clearly delivered as described.
